About
INES is an informal network of experts interested in the practical and theoretical aspects of the policy, program and project evaluations. It has been established by a group of researchers and enthusiasts affiliated with the SeConS Development Initiative and Institute of Economic Sciences which recognized necessity for spreading evaluation culture in Serbia as a part of developing responsible policy making systems. INES is actively participating in the work of the Western Balkans Evaluaton Network (WBEN).
